Position Summary
Responsible to ensure inventory integrity and perform general tasks related to facility and grounds maintenance and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive shipments and perform routine physical inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and report findings with detailed explanations.
- Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials.
- Operate and maintain technical water meter equipment.
- Facilitate meter rentals and water purchases with outside contractors.
- Perform general facilities and grounds maintenance, and accompany contracted maintenance/inspection crews.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
- Keen focus on accuracy and detail
- Mechanically-minded
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean Substance Abuse Panel
