Environmental Quality Board – National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Schedules of Compliance (Final Regulation 7-563)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Environmental Quality Board (Board) recently submitted a final-form regulation titled \u201cNational Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Schedules of Compliance.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0You can obtain a copy of the final-form regulation from IRRC\u2019s website \u2013\u00a0http:\/\/www.irrc.state.pa.us\/regulations\/RegSrchRslts.cfm?ID=3338<\/a>.<\/span>

It is on the agenda for the public meeting on Thursday, May 18, 2023<\/span>, beginning at\u00a0<\/span>10 am in the 14th floor conference room,\u00a0333 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA<\/span>.\u00a0\u00a0The agenda and any changes to the time or date of the meeting will be posted on IRRC\u2019s website at\u00a0<\/span>http:\/\/www.irrc.state.pa.us\/meetings\/<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0In addition, the public meeting will be livestreamed and accessible through the IRRC website.<\/span>\u00a0I<\/span>RRC did not comment on the proposed rulemaking.\u00a0\u00a0The Board submitted the final-form regulation without revisions.\u00a0\u00a0If the House and Senate Standing Committees do not take any action, it will be deemed approved.

Any comments on this final-form regulation should be submitted to the Board prior to the 48-hour blackout-out period, which begins at 10 am on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.\u00a0\u00a0The Regulatory Review Act requires IRRC to embargo any comments it receives during the 48-hour blackout period.\u00a0 Any comments received during the blackout period will not be reviewed by IRRC\u2019s Commissioners until the start of the meeting.\u00a0 For this reason, it is better to comment before the blackout period begins.\u00a0\u00a0Please also provide IRRC with a copy of any comments by email to\u00a0<\/span>irrc@irrc.state.pa.us.\u00a0\u00a0All correspondence and documents relating to a regulation submitted to IRRC are a matter of public record and appear on our website.
