We strive to protect public health &amp; the environment while also providing excellent service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oversee &amp; manage the operations &amp; maintenance of a sanitary sewer conveyance system &amp; water production\/distribution system with wells, tanks &amp; interconnects. Requires being available 24\/7 and working in inclement weather.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering, science, or business. Requires in depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic concepts &amp; applications. Must possess (or ability to attain in 1 year) PADEP operator certifications commensurate with Authority systems. Manage 6-person full time staff &amp; outside contractors to effectively operate &amp; maintain all facilities. Willingness to lead a preexisting team and accommodate the current culture while also seeking to optimize, train, and take ownership of the department.
