CAPITAL REGION WATER LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em>HARRISBURG (September 27, 2021):\u00a0\u00a0 Capital Region Water is launching a newly redesigned version of its website at\u00a0https:\/\/capitalregionwater.com<\/a>. The site provides a more attractive user-friendly experience for customers and visitors.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are excited to have a website that focuses on the user experience. No matter what type of interaction you have with Capital Region Water, you can quickly find the information you need,\u201d said Andy Enders, CRW Board Member and Outreach Committee Chair.\u00a0\u00a0\u201cWe kept the customer, contractor, and community in mind when developing the new elements.\u201d<\/p>\n

The site\u2019s refreshed look, combined with its intuitive navigation, gives visitors additional capabilities when interacting with Capital Region Water online. Existing customers can still utilize the \u201cCustomer Portal\u201d in the same way they did before, but new tabs and features such as \u201cCustomer Support\u201d and \u201cResources\u201d allow visitors to quickly navigate to the content they need. The website continues to feature a language translation option.<\/p>\n

\u201cMore than a year\u2019s worth of development has gone into making sure each component offers the best possible results for customers and visitors,\u201d said Charlotte Katzenmoyer, CRW\u2019s CEO. \u201cThe user-centric architecture of the site provides another level of increased efficiency to the many people we serve every day.\u201d<\/p>\n

Capital Region Water is a dedicated team of professionals devoted to customer satisfaction and stewardship of our community\u2019s water systems from raindrop to river. We strive to be a leading, innovative, and efficient water utility, focused on serving our community. This website is another step in our constant commitment to improving the customer experience.<\/p>\n

The new website comes a week after Capital Region Water\u2019s Customer Service Center unveiled its new drive-thru payment system to provide a convenient means of doing business with Capital Region Water.
