The position<br \/>\nrequires initiative, leadership, and the ability to promote and maintain a positive<br \/>\nBorough image and foster pride and professionalism in the workplace. The<br \/>\nincumbent serves as primary point of contact for emergencies and serves as plant<br \/>\nsupervisor and point of contact in the absence of the Water Treatment Plant and<br \/>\nField Operations Manager.
